Custom engineered and manufactured from a durable Nylon fabric, the ReCover Blanket offers a simple solution to treating your horse with cold/heat. With its' elasticity, the blanket conforms to the body while allowing individual cold/heat packs to be applied to the most difficult areas of treatment, such as stifles, shoulders, hips, backs, etc.

Each blanket includes 6 pouches that can be filled with cold/heat packs and secured between the blanket and the body of the horse. Once positioned, the pouch is held firmly in place, as the backing of the pouch fastens to the underside of the blanket. Ideal for treatment of chronic injuries, as well as use before and after training sessions.

Care Instructions

For increased product life and maintenance, we recommend regular laundering of your ReCover Blanket. Blankets are machine washable. Please use a cold water wash and line dry.

Cold/Heat Pack

Cold/heat therapy for aching stifles, shoulders, backs, etc. A unique mix of polymers, glycol and water remains cold for up to two hours. A 30-second massage of the re-freezable bag creates a loose, flexible cold source that conforms to the desired area of treatment. Use with the ReCover blanket is ideal for treating your horse after a competitive class or intensive training session. If heat is recommended, follow the simple heating instructions on the pack. Packs are reusable, convenient and simple to use. ReCover Blanket includes 6 application pouches and 6 cold/heat packs.

Pouch measures 6" x 10" and is the perfect fit for the ReCover Cold Heat Pack. One side of each pouch is made of 3M Thinsulate™ insulation, while the other side made of a breathable mesh. This unique construction allows the cold/heat element from the pack to travel in a single direction - directly towards the body of your horse. The holding power of two 9" strips of hook Velcro®, allow the pouch to be held firmly in place between the blanket and the body while treating the desired area.
